Farmer Boys beat Foxes & Ferrets by 49 pins with a solid team performance.

Stop-Outs had a 54 pin win over Knowle Otters on the Knowle Inn alley with another solid team performance.

Nomads beat Polden Turkeys by 14 pins at the Lighthouse.

Pirates are hanging around behind the top three after a 36-pin triumph over Wasters.

Top score of the day was by Woolavington Boys away to Crown Jewels, with 503. Mike Oxman hitting 82 for the victors, which included four spares.

Barstewards had a bye, but remain at the bottom with the two Polden teams, Bears and Turkeys, who both lost away games.

In Division 2, Odds & Sods, Oddsquad and Three Cees lost, allowing Landlords Rejects to overtake them, beating Crusaders by 39.

Odds & Sods were beaten by Cross Your Hart, who recorded their first points of the season with Danny Starks pipping Dave Sparks and Nick Randall with 68 his.

Three Cees went down by 43 pins to Herdsmen and Oddsquad lost at home again, this time to Haymakers, while another team to collect their first points was Ruggerites, who beat Wheatsheaf Boys by 18.
