Bridgwater Town Ladies 3 Bristol Ladies Union 3
THIS was a match Bridgwater Town Ladies had in the bag, let slip and then rescued.
Playing with a stiff breeze at their backs, Town had the best of the first half, but again a lack of punch left them with only a one-goal lead at half-time thanks to Sarah Moore.
Bristol started better after the break with the breeze at their backs, but Town increased their lead on 55 minutes through Rosie Williams.
Town then seemed to switch off and their play became scrappy. Bristol took advantage and two quick goals put them on level terms.
Bristol went ahead on 75 minutes, but two minutes from time Moore scored her second.
Next week Bridgwater Town Ladies travel to Frome Town in a bid to complete a double.
